Our web-application named "Corilla" brings people together in the real world by providing means to easily schedule common activities.

It allows to subscribe to activities that other users have published and integrates the information in practically any serious calendar-application there is. The web-app may be tagged 'social media', although we usually rather like to avoid that term.

While the initial idea was that good content will suffice for success, now, in addition we want the site to be impressive design-wise.

_People shall remember the designs beauty while enjoying it's functionality._

Update 27-Nov-11 GMT

As the deadline of this project is closing in, we'd like to point out something important for any designer who happens to read this.

In the course of this contest, we noticed that many designers simply copied the positions of elements of previous submissions, amended the styles and submitted "their version".

By doing so, they also copied the errors of previous submissions. Many designs felt as if the submitters skipped reading the project brief and/or took no look at the currently existing site.

<< THE RESULT: Useless designs >>

Even if a design looked good, it failed to actually function for the intended purpose: our project.

We highly encourage any creative to value the buyer's time just as their time is valued too.

There are also designers who have actually had a look at the currently existing website and read the project brief thoroughly. Anyone can tell who they were by looking at the incorporated elements, their positions and texts.

We'd like to thank the following creatives for actually spending time and energy on their submission:
Pzwiz, rderaed, rabuga, Yracara, hammer

All the best for any future project!
