We will choose the best, most interesting, fun, scary, whimsical, sweet, silly, or crazy designs and make them available for anyone to download and use. Please no "characters" from movies or books and ABSOLUTELY NO PHOTOS COPIED FROM THE WEB!!!

Use the downloadable template provided and be sure to include specific notes on colors, makeup types, and any other instructions that will be helpful.

Hi all - great work so far and thank you so much for participating! We've noticed a few things that we wanted to share:
1. Many of the entries are too scary - think of these designs as being for little kids (age 4-7) and you'll be on the right track
2. Many designs will be too difficult for do-it-yourself face-painters and makeup artists. Try to keep it simple!
3. Please try to provide a version with step-by-step instructions - the best entries are providing those.

Keep it simple, keep it graphic, not too scary and FUN!

Please NO PHOTOS! We are seeing entries that have clearly been taken from the Internet and will report as violations any copied concepts. Please submit ALL entries on the template provided or they will be removed from the project.

Hi all and thanks for all the great entries. We will finish scoring and commenting over the weekend and then put the contenders out to a panel/focus group to choose the winning entries. You may see your scores changing a bit - those we score as 5-stars will be the "finalists!"
