What do you do?

We make smart, funny, and weird t-shirts. We've got ideas but can't draw very well. That's where you come in.

How many pages of illustration do you need?

1

What do you need illustrated?

We need an illustration of a sloth throwing a grenade. We want it to be side view, with his 3-claw arm in front of him, with the pin hanging out of his mouth, and the grenade just behind his face, as if cocked and ready to throw. I've included some pictures below to help picture what I'm imagining.

I'm imagining it in a single color, line drawing style, similar to the first image in style and detail.

We want it to have a cute, kind of dumb sloth face, not a menacing soldier face, which is why I think it will be funny.

A very similar composition to the black and white image of a soldier pulling the a pin with his teeth.

Except he would have his arm extended, like the final Banksy image.

Does your illustration need to be a particular size?

Ideally this would either be 300+ Pixels/Inch, 8.5x11" landscape JPG or PSD, or an 8.5x11" landscape Adobe Illustrator file.

What is your industry?

None

Describe the target audience for your illustration

This will be a t-shirt design for our website. Our fans are smart, young, and have an off-beat sense of humor.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your illustration?

1. Humor- Juxtaposition of cute sloth with typical military motif.
2. Tension- It would make you want to scream, "Hurry up! Throw it! You don't have much time!"
3. That is all.

What lillustration styles do you like?

Heavy Pencil or similar. Strong, dark lines.

What colors do you want to see in your illustration?

Just black lines.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your illustration?

Anything other than black

What adjectives should best describe your illustration?

Funny, strange, detailed, semi-realistic

Where will you use the illustration (print, website, etc.)?

T-shirts and on our website.

Do you have additional info or links you'd like to share?

No, I think that sums it up.

Hi all,

We just wanted to let you know that the buyer in this project has not chosen a winner so we're going to close the project. Please know that we've made repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email but were unable to reach them.

To reward the loyal creatives who worked hard on this project and all the others on the site, we've taken the proceeds from this project and used them to fund our monthly cS Awards program. The cS Awards are issued every month based on varying criteria but are a simple way that we give back to the community and reward our creatives.

Thanks so much for participating and see you around the site,

The cS crew
