We offer technology solutions to connect shoppers with the retailers, vendors and malls around them.

Do you have specific size requirements for the icons or buttons?

Should be composed in vector format so they can be resized to any level, but they'll probably be used most often at a 200x200 pixel range or smaller.

How many different icons and/or buttons do you need designed?

Describe the target audience for your icon or button design

Our audience is ultimately the shoppers/consumers who go to malls. We've identified our most frequent users as trending slightly towards female, typically aged 25-45, fairly well-off financially where they can afford to shop for fun or impulse and not only out of necessity. Locations would include anywhere along the West Coast of the U.S., spanning all the way across Hawaii and the pacific to Japan and Asia.

Please make sure not to exclude completely the older or male audiences, though, either.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your icon or button design?

1.) Shopping is going to be EXCITING again!

2.) Our technology will be simple and easy to use

3.) We want to seem fun and playful, but not come off as "childish"

What icon or button design styles do you like?

We've already produced several sets of icons, graphics and characters and have a color palette pretty defined, too. We're supplying all the vectors files as well so you can use them to get started with.

In regards to the concepts as a whole, though, we like the semi-abstract nature of the graphics and how they're constructed with geometrical shapes. We can't publish our logo right now but it basically consists of geometrical shapes, too, and so that's the theme we'd like to carry over into the rest of our graphics as well. Their visual appearance appeals to that more retail-oriented/fashion-oriented crowd.

What colors do you want to see in your icon or button design?

We've already defined a color palette we use in our other branding and would like to carry it through to the icons/graphics as well, to as large a degree as possible. I've attached a graphical version of that color palette, complete with samples, hex codes and everything else you might need.

Generally, though, we're looking for shades of bold Reds, Oranges, Yellows, a little bit of darker Red and Purple, and then a strong Dark Gray. The icons themselves can vary in color from one to the other but that's the general guideline we'd like them to follow. Please see attachments for sample icon/graphics we've already put together.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your icon or button design?

Please try to stick with the pre-defined color palette as much as possible but we're not opposed to seeing some blues or greens or other colors in there as well.

What adjectives should best describe your icon or button design?

Engaging, interesting, fun, playful, exciting

High-end, retail-oriented, shopping-oriented, fashion-oriented

What content must be included in the icon or button design?

All vector files, any related or linked source assets.

Any licenses, clearances or other proof that we have the ability to use any particular asset used in the creation of our icons/graphics that appear to be derived from another source.

Do you have additional requirements or links you'd like to share?

All vectors must be generated using logically-organized and relevantly-labeled layers.
