What do you do?

We run the premium web graphics shop PremiumPsd.com, and are currently on the look out for talented web graphic designer, to do continous monthlly work for us. We need icons, buttons, patterns, backgrounds, textures, templates and logos. This project will be sort of like a try out - the designer we like the most we'd like to continue to work with long-term.
