1. Create your profile: We built a little section of the site just for you where you can tell the world about your skills and upload your portfolio for all to see.

2. Participate to projects: With new projects posted every day, you can reach customers all over the world and build your business. And, since it's a truly level playing field, you won't be judged by how fancy your offices are - it's all about your work.

3. Earn money: We manage the entire billing and payment process for you and there's never a cost - you keep 100% of the money you earn.

1. Post a creative project: Whether you need a new logo, website, marketing materials or a custom illustration, just tell us what you need, when you need it and how much you'd like to pay.

2. Watch the world participate: Once posted, Creatives from all around the world will work on your project and you'll begin to receive actual work - not proposals or bids - to review.

3. Choose the one you like: As the entries come in, you'll be able to review, sort, rate, give feedback and collaborate with Creatives until you find 'the one".

Money-back guarantee: When working with traditional creatives, the buyer takes all the risk - they pay up front and hope their project turns out well. When working on many other sites, creatives take all the risk - they do the work up front and hope to get paid in the end.; We've tried to find a balance that works for everyone. Here, the buyer pays up front and the creatives get to work right away. We promise buyers that if they don't get at least 25 entries to their project then they can walk with a full refund. In return, we promise creatives that their projects won't go cancelled or abandoned for no good reason.

Intellectual property protection: Every transaction on crowdSPRING is protected by a free, customized legal contract, digital watermarking and numerous other protections so you can be sure that it's safe. Plus, through our unique partnership with IP Registry, every completed project is automatically filed away in an intellectual property vault at no cost to you whatsoever.

Payment escrow: At the beginning of every project, the buyer deposits their payment into an escrow account with us. Creatives can rest assured that the buyer is serious and has already paid their money, while the buyer can rest assured that they're safe until they receive the final files and they're completely happy.

Feedback, ratings and stats: For every user, we display how many projects they've posted (and completed), how many entries they've submitted, and what kind of feedback they've received after past projects so you can see at a glance who the most trustmworthy buyers and creatives are.
