You may notice that in the top section of your mySPRING Payment tab under the label "Payments on hold" a project or projects are being held and are not available for payment. Payments can be marked as 'Held' for two reasons; first, if you are a newly registered creative, we may hold your project payment for 30-60 days after completion of the project wrapup. If you win additional projects during this period (we call it "Payment Quarantine") those payments will also be held until the same date that the first payment becomes available.
The second reason a payment may be held is if we are investigating a user or project for fraud or another violations of our User Agreement or Standards of Conduct. In these cases we will contact you to let you know that the project is under investigation and your payment is being held.Related FAQs:
