Are Buyers able to modify their project brief and change the scope of a project?
Buyers can update their project brief - and when they do, we clearly show the update both in the DETAILS tab of the project and on the ACTIVITY tab. If buyers want to change the scope of the project, we require that the total award amount is increased to reflect the additional work.
