BBC Active
We sell and license BBC television programmes for educational and training use to the global insitutional academic market. The programmes are traditionally used by educators to facilitate and supplement learning in classroom environments - mostly at university level - but also increasingly in the digital space to remote users (students) of institution-owned media platforms
Difficult to say exactly - some page scroll is fine but probably only a page and a half as total size on a normal e-mail browser
Adestra
Education
The target audience is mainly adult educators within academic institutions, predominantly at university level. Additionally - and importantly - we need to speak to budget holders in those insitutions, which are not always the educators themselves but often gatekeepers like media librarians. The demographic includes any adult ages, male or female, within the educational teaching environment
We want to convey that we are the educational hub for the BBC and that our programmes are the benchmark for editorial integrity, production quality and authoritative, rigorous investigative journalism.
We are looking to have something which looks fresh but quite simple - effectively the template will be used for promoting new titles available on a quarterly basis, so will have the feel of a bulletin or newsletter. It needs to tie in - to one extent or another - with www.bbcactivevideoforlearning.com

Informative, bright, navigable, straightforward, enticing
We would need to include a banner featuring our logo, photography to feature as programme links, written copy to feature as introductory text and also individual programme summaries, buttons to act as links/calls to action to various pages on the website
Would rather see new examples than guide in this way
