LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We sell software packages on the web, and want to improve our web site.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

We have a web site, http://www.renderplus.com.

It was originally designed here on Crowdspring,
(See: http://www.crowdspring.com/projects/website_des...), but has changed a bit since the initial design.

There is a blue box at the top of the page. This box is supposed to convince people to try and seriously consider our products. In particular IRender nXt. (Most people come to this site looking for a product like IRender nXt)

We want to improve the look, wording and professionalism of this Blue Box.


OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Architects and 3D Designers (and SketchUp users) who are looking for a good, professional, rendering package.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

The Header Bar needs a much more professional look. Of course, the rest of the page is designed to attract peoples interest, but this is what they see first.

We don't want to redesign the entire web page (that may come later as another project), just this, (currently blue), area.

We don't like the look of the blue area and we aren't happy with the text. Make any improvements you can think of and submit them.

Feel free to change colors, design better buttons, recommend background or border textures, make other suggestions to improve the text.. and propose anything else you think of which will make the page look better.

The winning entry will include .PNG files of any colors, texture or backgrounds needed to create this box. Since the box sizes with the page, and non-solid color background or borders will have to be supplied in a manner which can be easily placed in a web page. Similarly, if you want to improve the buttons, you need to provide images of actual buttons, or whatever materials are needed to create the buttons dynamically in HTML.

Text improvements may also a big part of the project.
