We create immersive simulations, at a crossroads between theatre, haunted houses, and fully immersive spaceship simulators.

Our customers can “rent a space craft” or find themselves locked in an ancient tomb (from which they must escape). We call the experiences “immersions” (rather than simulations) because we combine bleeding-edge technology, gameplay design, and a full cast of actors. In order to deliver unique and novel experiences that are unlike anything else.

Update 20-Jul-14 GMT
I would like to avoid the word "cosmo" unless it's really a winner.
Update 21-Jul-14 GMT
Right, should also mention a few other competitor names:

Clue Quest
Exit Games
PuzzleLair
SherLocked

I would not like names that sound similar to these.

Also! I should mention that I am looking more for the name of a physical location than I am for an idea or service. This is a slight preference though, and I will consider other thoughts.

Finally, I'll mention that I am in San Diego. I don't really mind what you do with that information, and I am not saying that you NEED to consider that when drafting names, but it's another tangent to think about.
Update 21-Jul-14 GMT
Right, I should also mention that I kind of already have a backstory and mythos to this place already written, as well as a theme. The theme is a sort of a cross between steam-punk (Reference: The Room by FireProof Games), Myst, (The book series) a tiny bit of Dr. Who, and a whole lot of Mogworld. (Or Diskworld, if you prefer)
Update 22-Jul-14 GMT
"General Atomics"
"General Dynamics"
"Industrial Light and Magic"

Are all real company names that I've seen and greatly enjoy. If you can take this in that direction, I could see such a name being a winner.

Ex. "Industrial Fantasies." Please don't submit that name, "fantasy" is a comparatively weak name when you have a rich tapestry of alternatives out there. But we are bringing these illusions to life with powerful equipment. And we are targeting corporate team-building as a client base.

I think there could be something down this avenue.
Update 24-Jul-14 GMT
Just some additions.

Words I like: Chimera

Words to Avoid:
Hub
Hyper
Myst & Enigma (you can use them if you like, just know that many people have already tried many combinations)

Please do not shorten words by affixing "a" to the end:
Ex. "Flava" (Flavor)
Ex. "Fanta" (Fantasy)

Update 26-Jul-14 GMT
We have a vampire for a receptionist.

In addition to the Immersions (aka. "Worlds" or "Simulations") we staff the facility with creatures (actors in full costume and prosthetics). The front desk is usually staffed by either the gargoyle or the vampire.

Below are some images of the vampire concept art; and real-life technology. The fictional vampire has glowing red eyes. To bring this character to life, we developed UV reactive contact lenses to make the actors eyes glow in real life. There's a series of studio grade eye lights hidden in the ceiling, and modified to project UV light, rather than visible light.

The result is that the human actor has eyes that glow blood red.

CrowdSPRING Materials: Files 4, 5, 6, and 7.

Don't be afraid to get a bit more wild and edgy with ideas.
Update 1-Aug-14 GMT
Some more thoughts:

The concept of "fake things existing in real life" is very powerful, and very accurate. It's an oxymoron, but it's exactly what our company does. We create things that are suppose to exist in movies, not reality.

"Menagerie" is a very curious word. I am not recommending for or against it.

We're thinking about making the lobby theme a bit more steampunk.
Update 2-Aug-14 GMT
I would like the entire team to review the entries on Monday.
Update 13-Aug-14 GMT
