Our company is based in Bangalore, India. We are into Real Estate Development and Construction.
We invest in and acquire land as well as develop commercial and residential real estate projects.

Our customers are primarily Non Resident Indians (NRI's) and educated well-to-do local professionals who are from the Bangalore metro area and Mysore metro area. The NRI population are higher income families who are looking to invest in properties and buy homes back in their homeland. They are highly educated and usually looking for a long term investment. Local buyers are part of the finance or IT industry and work for MNC's who have located offices in Bangalore. They have taken to the western culture due to their office environment so they would have similar tastes and a cut above the status quo in India.

Quality, Community, Trust, Modern, Long-Lasting, High-End but still good value.

We would like english names, but also we would like to look at differentiating from our competition by using words in the local language which is Kannada. What we mean is to take a good name in english and translate to the local language. The name should be easy to pronounce and flow well because it will be attached to project names (Ex. of our competitors they call their projects Prestige Oasis or Nitesh Napa Valley)
