Looking to name a company that is going to be a retail store front (market place) where individual health insurance and other forms of personal insurance (health, dental, life, and disability) are purchased. We are taking the purchasing of these products out of an insurance agency model into a true retail store with high end features and look. The idea of the retail store is to make purchasing insurance as enjoyable and simple as possible, much like the experience you get when you purchase something at an Apple store. The architecture and design will additionally be very similar to what you see in Apple stores-very upscale and somewhat modern. In these stores customers will be walked through the process one on one with a licensed insurance agent to help them decide which product will work best for their needs. The stores will be very technologically advanced and most work will be done on an iPad or other tablet, while also being projected onto a TV at the engagement area so the customer is able to visualize the process. Since this purchase involves a non-tangible product (and the most expensive monthly purchase customers will make next to a home and/or car) the ease of purchase, education on the product, and experience will be key to the environment working and growing through referrals. Our target customers will be mid to upper income households as well as post 65 retirees entering into the Medicare market for the first time or needing help understanding Medicare if they already have it. Our stores will have an information bar similar to a genius bar, but there to answer questions regarding healthcare and other personal insurance and we will also bring information to the process with seminars on health insurance, Medicare, estate planning, wellness and other topics that are important to our target clients.
