(note -- we won't be doing a liquid design that stretches)

How many blog theme pages do you need designed?

two -- a landing page and an about page the "about" page will actually be the last tab on the navigation bar that I'm providing

Describe the target audience for your blog theme design

managers and supervisors -- people in all types of organizations who lead teams or supervise people

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your blog theme design?

I need for this blog design to be very compatible with the header in our web site (don't go to it -- use the header I'm providing ... we're in the process of updating it). In fact, I want you to use the header that I'm providing to you. The rest of the blog design needs to coordinate very well with it. I also want to make sure the sidebar elements (especially the ads I need set up) are polished and attractive ... yet look like they belong on the blog site and aren't ugly distractions.

What colors do you want to see in your blog theme design?

Use the blue colors on the header area that I'm providing -- as well as on the related newsletter (which is a much lighter blue ... you can see it at nationalseminarstraining.com/managersminute.

Other colors can and should be used -- just keep it tasteful.

What colors do you NOT want to see in your blog theme design?

no restrictions

What adjectives should best describe your blog theme design?

Professional and clean ... very streamlined look that's not fussy at all

What content must be included in the blog theme design?

ALL of the content I'm attaching, which includes:
1. Blog header
2. Blog sidebar (which features 6 distinctly different areas on it ... please organize very neatly and make the 'advertisements' that I included look clean and professional)
3. Blog entry area (the main part of the blog)
