Unfortunately, this project didn't receive the minimum 25 entries and so we need to make good on our guarantee and give the buyer their money back (including our own fee, for the record).
Please know that we take both our buyers' and creatives' happiness very seriously. We make our buyers take a risk by forcing them to pay up-front without having any idea what they'll receive in return. And we balance that risk by guaranteeing that they'll be rewarded by receiving at least 25 entries to choose from.
Unfortunately, sometimes a project just doesn't get the minimum number of entries. It could be because of a low award, a lack of feedback from the buyer or it could have simply been an unpopular project with creatives. Either way, rest assured that we do everything we can to minimize the number of projects that go unawarded. We know that you invest your time and effort on these projects and it's frustrating to see them go away.
Finally, you have our word that we spoke to this buyer personally and tried to find a different solution but, at the end of the day, this was their decision.

The outdoor billboard design I provided is a perfect miniature of what we are looking for in our website design. The colors, the scrolly details, the fonts, and Tina the blond model are perfect. Extrapolate the billboard design into a website and we are 80% there. We want at least 3 different fonts used that are unique and creative - NOTHING PLAIN (no simple plain fonts). Create your own combination of fonts including block, cursive, serif, shadowed, embossed...etc. Thanks (less)

Regarding dsan's comment/question - THe site is being developed by a professional developer team that builds their own modules and widgets for their platform. I think it is a pretty robust build of the WP backend.

Send me any specific questions about capabilities, I appreciate your consideration and intent on not being "cookie cutter"!

Hi. I was wondering if you plan on having your site assembled by a professional developer who knows PHP and CSS or by a casual user. Word Press based sites can be styled into quite sophisticated sites that do not resemble blogs. Knowing this would be very helpful in knowing what limitations I should constrain myself to.
