Do the ad banners need to meet specific size requirements?
Yes -- all the banner ads have the exact same copy -- but there are 6 versions (two that are square/rectangle, two that are horizontal and two that are vertical). See specific size specs below. When posting your entry on the site -- post a couple versions to see if I like the basic theme -- the winners will have to create all 6 ads.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your ad banner design?
We need to grab attention. I'd like to see heavy use of the green color that we have in our logo on this ad -- because it is an attention-getting color (note -- I'm not asking you to emphasize blue, because that's the color I'm emphasizing for our National Seminars banners ... which is another project I just posted on CrowdSPRING.
